Buko Pandan

What’s your favorite recipe?

Main ingredients of this dessert:

1. Coconut (Buko)

2. Gelatin (Pandan Flavor)

3. Evaporated Milk

4. Lychee (Canned or any)

*Coconut meat should be soft and tender. Definitely not the old ones. Slice, dice, cube it.

**Pandan Flavor gelatin. I don’t know how to cook it; watch tutorial videos or buy some. Same with the coconut; slice, dice, cube. Just put enough amount. It’s called buko pandan – “buko” > “pandan”.

***Any evaporated milk. Probably a lot because this will serve as the “juice” of this dessert.

****Lychee for an extra flavor and that nice sweet smell.

MIX EVERYTHING

DONE

REFRIGERATE

CHILL

FREEZE

DIG IN!!!
